SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

For all orders that ARE NOT ON HAND processing times takes 4-6 business days after order is placed. This does not include the shipping time you select at checkout. On hand orders ship the next business day. CUSTOM COLORED HAIR PRODUCTION TAKES UP TO 2-3 WEEKS OF PRODUCTION BEFORE SHIPPING. ALL SHIPPING ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FROM RECIPIENT AT DELIVERY. Feel free to contact us about a shipping update if necessary.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We have a NO REFUND & NO RETURN POLICY for sanity purposes. All extensions are thoroughly checked and inspected before shipped to ensure you receive the best quality virgin hair. For extreme situations please contact us via email, text message or instagram dm and leave your item unopened for a possibe EXCHANGE of equal or lesser value (NO REFUNDS)

WE WILL NOT OFFER ANY TYPE OF ACCOMMODATIONS FOR ITEMS THAT YOU HAVE ALTERED, ON YOUR OWN - THIS INCLUDES REMOVING THE HAIR FROM THE BUNDLE AND TRYING IT ON.

HAIR CARE

PROPER HAIR CARE AND MAINTENANCE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO MAINTAIN THE QUALITY OF HAIR! THIS IS VIRGIN HAIR, TREAT IT LIKE YOUR OWN!

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH MY EXTENSIONS?

We recommend washing extensions every 1-2 weeks to avoid product buildup. Use good quality and sulfate free washing products. We recommend Pantene, Tresemme Moisture Rich or Aussie Hair Products. Treat this hair like you would your own. Washing and conditioning hair properly and thoroughly is key to keeping the hair soft and silky.

DOES THIS HAIR SHED?

Any hair that has been manufactured to be stitched on a weft is going to experience minimal shedding over time. MINIMAL MEANING THE HAIR WILL NEVER HAVE DRASTIC OR NOTICEABLE DECREASE IN DENSITY. Follow hair care instructions included in each order for best hair care recommendations.
