Please read our policies before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to all terms, and for full details, please see the policies located at the bottom of the site.
Shipping & Processing
Orders not on hand: Processed in 3–5 business days (does not include shipping time selected at checkout).Some colored hair orders can go up to 8 business day processing. On-hand orders: Ship the next business day. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Customers must ensure someone is available to sign.
Customers are responsible for tracking their package and must reschedule delivery or pick up from the nearest USPS location if missed. We are not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or returned packages due to failure to track or sign.
Pickup Policy
ID is required for all pickups and must be provided either via message or in person.
By picking up a package, customers acknowledge that the pickup area is recorded on camera. Customers cannot dispute delivery or pickup after collection, as video evidence may be used to verify receipt.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. NO REFUNDS & NO RETURNS.
Exchanges are considered only in extreme situations for items that are unopened and in original condition, and are limited to equal or lesser value.We cannot accommodate altered items, including hair removed from bundles, installed, cut, or tried on. Product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and device resolution. All product details are described as accurately as possible in description and pictures shown.
Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final. Products that have been opened, worn, installed, cut, colored, or altered are not eligible for return or refund. Any order issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Hair Care
When purchasing Raw and Virgin Hair Extensions —treat it like your own. Proper maintenance is essential for longevity.
Washing: Every 2 weeks to avoid buildup; use sulfate-free products (Pantene, Tresemme Moisture Rich, Aussie).
Conditioning: Wash and condition thoroughly to maintain softness and silkiness. Fully rinse conditioner with cold water.
Shedding: Minimal shedding is normal for wefted hair; it will not cause drastic or noticeable density loss.
Bundles & Length Recommendations
12"–22": 2–3 bundles depending on style
24"–32": 3–4 bundles depending on style

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Payment info is processed securely via third-party gateways; we do not store full payment details.
