Shipping & Processing
Orders not on hand: Processed in 3–5 business days (does not include shipping time selected at checkout). On-hand orders: Ship the next business day. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Customers must ensure someone is available to sign.
Customers are responsible for tracking their package and must reschedule delivery or pick up from the nearest USPS location if missed. We are not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or returned packages due to failure to track or sign.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. NO REFUNDS & NO RETURNS.
Exchanges are considered only in extreme situations for items that are unopened and in original condition, and are limited to equal or lesser value.We cannot accommodate altered items, including hair removed from bundles, installed, cut, or tried on.
Hair Care
When purchasing Raw and Virgin Hair Extensions —treat it like your own. Proper maintenance is essential for longevity.
Washing: Every 2 weeks to avoid buildup; use sulfate-free products (Pantene, Tresemme Moisture Rich, Aussie).
Conditioning: Wash and condition thoroughly to maintain softness and silkiness. Fully rinse conditioner with cold water.
Shedding: Minimal shedding is normal for wefted hair; it will not cause drastic or noticeable density loss.
Bundles & Length Recommendations
12"–22": 2–3 bundles depending on style
24"–32": 3–4 bundles depending on style

Follow all hair care instructions included with each order.
Monitor your shipment and ensure successful delivery.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Payment info is processed securely via third-party gateways; we do not store full payment details.
