At The Rose Hair Collection, all sales are final. For sanitary and quality-control reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.
All hair extensions are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure the highest quality virgin hair.
Product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and device resolution. All product details are described as accurately as possible. Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final. Products that have been opened, worn, installed, cut, colored, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
Any order issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Exchanges (Extreme Circumstances Only)
Exchanges may be considered only in extreme situations and are handled on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must remain unopened and unused

Hair must be in its original condition and packaging

The item must not be altered in any way, including but not limited to:

Removing hair from the bundle

Installing or trying on the hair

Cutting, coloring, or styling

Approved exchanges are limited to an item of equal or lesser value.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
We will not offer accommodations or exchanges for any items that have been altered by the customer.
