Welcome to The Rose Hair Collection. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Services

All products sold by The Rose Hair Collection are virgin hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.

4. Shipping & Processing

  • Orders that are not on hand require 4–6 business days for processing (excluding shipping time selected at checkout).

  • On-hand orders ship the next business day.

  • All shipped orders require a signature upon delivery.
    The Rose Hair Collection is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or failure to sign for the package.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We maintain a strict NO REFUND & NO RETURN policy.

Exchanges are considered only in extreme circumstances and must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and unaltered

  • Hair must remain in original packaging

  • No removal from bundles, installation, cutting, coloring, or trying on

Approved exchanges are limited to equal or lesser value only. No refunds will be issued.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all product details before purchasing

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Proper hair care and maintenance after receiving the product

We are not responsible for issues caused by improper care, maintenance, or installation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of The Rose Hair Collection and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Rose Hair Collection shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. All products are used at the customer’s own discretion.
