Processing Times

  • On-hand orders: Ship next business day

  • Orders not on hand: 3–5 business days for processing (does not include shipping time selected at checkout)

Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery & Customer Responsibility

  • Signature required for all deliveries; ensure someone is available to sign.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their packages.

  • If delivery is missed, customers must reschedule delivery or pick up from the nearest USPS location.

  • We are not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or returned packages due to failure to sign or track

Pickup Policy

  • ID is required for all pickups and must be provided either via message or in person.

  • By picking up a package, customers acknowledge that the pickup area is recorded on camera.

  • Customers cannot dispute delivery or pickup after collection, as video evidence may be used to verify receipt.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and import taxes.

  • Delivery times may vary by destination country.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once the order ships.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and ensuring successful delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

  • Contact us promptly if your package is lost or damaged. No refunds will be issued.
